How nice you would post a topic for Mother's Day!I ahve no children of my own, but most of us have been blessed with godly mothers-I know I was. Even though she passed away many years ago, the memory thatcomes to mind about my mother is watching her pray. At night she was always on her knees thanking God-it made me want to get on my knees too and thank Him too...also she took everything to the Lord in prayer. When I was sick and was supposed to go into the hospital because Iwas partially paralyzed, she prayed everyday for me-the same day I was supposed to go into the hospital,God healed me, I started walking, actually running-she saw it was me (Ok-she really thought is was a burgular, and was going to hit me with a flashlight-lol-a little 5' nothing woman about 100 pounds-what a sight that was)-we cried together, and later that morning I went to work-what a mighty God we serve!

(Miss you Mom-more than you know!)

God bless all you mother's on Mothers Day!

I give Glory to God for my three Daughters. I Give Glory to God for giving
me the strength to work and raise my daughters. I Give Glory to God for
giving my mother the strength to take care of my daughters while I worked.
I give Glory to God for giving me the gift of having my Mother with me until
her 105th Birthday. My Mother was at home with us. Not in a Nursing Home.
I Praise God for every Day Of Life That My Mother Lived. I have so much to be
thankful for. So many Proud Moments. Too many to mention.

I praise the Lord everyday for bringing us through. My prayer when I was a young mother was, Please let me live to see them grown and able to take care of themselves. Well My oldest is 48 and my baby girl is 28. He is so good. There are many moments I can bring up, but I think one of the most special times is when my oldest son had to step up and be both mom and dad for a number of years. Through that whole time I know God was with him, and he allowed me to be the granma I always wanted to be to my first grandchild. Through that time, I saw my son grow into a man of courage and integrity.

Hallelujah for Choirgirl & Cherry's comments!
First Happy Mother's Day to All who may view. My story is a little different, but only God knew how to get me where I'm @today in my Spiritual Walk. My birth Mom was a Young, Loving & Fun Mom with many addictions and battles. The main reason she left Dad,me and my 9 siblings @ a young age. Dad took on a Double Parenting Role, which ultimately made me view Men in a very different light. Double Respect for Single Dad's & Good Dads who share Mothering Roles. Dad's Eldest Sister and Mom's Eldest Brother were married and Holy Ghost filled, they took us 6 young ones that were left @ home after Mom's death and raised us for 7yrs.(7) is the # for completion!

My Proudest Moments as a Mom come when I hear my Four Daughters say--"I earned the Wise & Beautiful Mom Medal"!

They admit that I know many things, yet remain learnable, and all four ask my opinion on life issues! God Bless all Mothers!
