We have had mention of this supplement by a few members. This has been controversial when it comes to Fibromyalgia. With that said, my belief is if it helps you take it~ As with everything we are all effected in different ways. It appears that a Dr St Amand was the first to bring up this subject. He's even written a book about it:

Gee thank you tb for all the info. I'm still confused but at least I have a clue what he might have been talking about. I read as much as my eyes could handle. wow. hm.

I gave the woman who asked me to volunteer the monster list and Letter to normals. She went through the monster list, looked up at me and said, "This is you. This is you." She's known me a long time. She is willing to let me educate her on fibro. I plan to take her more info each time I go in.
