well irish, our daughter and her hubby do not give us gifts for any special day because they want us to go on a cruise with them in nov. so they are paying alot towards that and who knows what my son will get as he does everything the very last minute. Hubby usually takes me out to dinner but we might just stand home and have a nice quiet day and cook out. Does not matter as long as we are together...

I saw a post about theracane..I checked it out and thats what I am asking for. I also am going clothes shopping..all my clothes are wearing out at the same.Clothes shopping is just such a chore. pj

my dad is taking us to brunch. my sister in law just became a mom, and me. of course the whole family. my kids are giving me a bullet, i hope. its a little grinder, so i can grind up the herbs i have been growing. and also make stuff for the summer. my food processor is so big, for the little things.

they are great, they meet me with breakfast in bed, write a newspaper about how great i am, (they pick a different language every year, i think spanish is up this year), and make a mother of the year award. i have the greatest kids in the world.

my husband usually is in a bad mood on mothers day, its not about him.

My daughter wants me and hubby to come to their house. Her dad and step mom are helping her husband do some big chores that he cant get done by himself (that is what my daughter asked for, for mothers day). So she wants us to come over and hang out. I really don't want to sit around and watch them work. Plus she will probably want me to cook. I guess I am being a little selfish, but I really am tired and don't feel like sitting around her house with my ex. I probably will....but I really don't want too.

I am hoping my son will come visit for a couple of days this weekend. My granddaughter has had a bad cold all week so I won't know until tonight if she's better and they can come. I didn't get to have my week long visit with her over Easter because of knee surgery and I miss my little sweetheart! Miss my big one, too! The only "thing" I would like is to have my son teach me how to use all the features on my cell phone!!

Our son and daughter-in-law are coming over. They always fix me lunch. Eva will have to work. I got a mug from Hallmark for Isabelle to give to her Mommy (Eva, our daughter). The mug has a perm. marker so Isabelle can draw on it.

i just love the homemade stuff. or gifts of help. sounds soapy, but they are much nicer then something you use but once.

silk flowers are nice to, they stay forever and brighten the place up.

and a gift you really need, thats priceless.

This year we are all gonna meet at my son's house, Clint. all the kids are gonna cook out. It will be on Sat as they all have Mom-in-laws, to honor as well! the girls are gonna take me to the amll to get me a pillow I like! I can't wait!!!!They all are so goo to me!!!! Thank-YOU Lord!!

beach my prayers are with you. but you must make your own fortune. take the time out and go thru the phone book. call every social service group, including the town and state. a home is somewhere there, and they may very well know where it is.

churches next. someone may have a room for a bit. who knows you may become best friends with someone.

think positive, it will happen, patience brings all. (that being another name for god)
