All Eons members, but especially new members, are invited to an Open House in many of the groups on Eons. We agreed to host a bunch of Open House events on Thursdays starting at 4:00PM EST in many groups. Check out the first reply here for a personal invite to many group events! This is a great opportunity to see what the group is all about and meet Eons members!

"Voluputous Vegetarians Turning Svelte" view link will be having an open house on May 8, 2008 starting at 4 p.m.

We will have several fun videos for visitors and members to enjoy a few minutes of exercise. We have a wonderful page for exercising at your desk, we have a weekly challenge for good health and vitality, plus much more.

You do not need to be vegetarian to visit or join the group. We are interested in people who want to lose 10 pounds or more. We support a healthy lifestyle and exercise according to individual needs.

Valley's Coffee Shop view link will be posting recipes for coffee or coffee cake or other things that go with coffee on Thursdays in May and there will be an art show going on in the photo gallery and in messages. Newcomers will be welcome to post recipes and art photos.

Hope you all drop by Voluptuous Vegetarians Turning Svelte to do a little fun exercise, some reading, leave a comment, submit a nice recipe, whatever you would like to do.
You do not need to be a vegetarian to join or visit the group. We are interested in people who would like to stay healthy and active as they lose weight.
