Have you ever had a feeling of being sad

And didn't know why? I hate feeling like that because I don't know why?

Queenietoo i think we all have those moments, and it doesnt necessarily have to be a big problem, just a moment of blue.. Thats what my Grammy used to say.She would hug me and say "you can paint it another color, what color should we paint it?"
I never forgot that.. And I have one= "This to shall pass"...When my Grammy taught me that, I learned that I didnt have to figure it out, it just was.

Deb your grandmother sure knew what to say, color it another color I'm just sitting up here all tear eyed and thinking about what color should I paint it. I think I let myself get a little over whelmed when I was looking at all those documents I was working on this morning for a client, and it was too early in the morning when I started on them and when I read through some of them it just made me sad as hell, angry and everything all rolled into one. Then I said Father forgive them for they know not what they did. but, now I am stuck feeling say. I am really going to try hard to paint it yellow like the sun. again Deb Thanks

It could be that since your girlfriend was sick, and also your ankle was sprain. It could be a combination of these things. I get that way sometimes, when I have different things going on in my life. Just sit back and relax, and think of positive things. Up beat stuff

Queenie:

I love love Deb's grandmother, and I don't even know her. What a wonderful way to look at "the blues." Especially for a kid.

We all certainly feel a little blue sometimes. Many times it is about sometthing that we are aware of, and many times it is not. It is important to note that we do have feelings, and that we can change the way we think about situations to assist us with changing the way we feel. A little like coloring it a different color... Wise, wise grandmother.

God I'm glad I have support from my sisters:) you know once I sit back and think about it I think it's because my sister in law is sick and I don't know if she'll get any better I think it's just the thought of losing her that has me sad, plus my ankle it's not really hurting but it lets me know when to get off it. she is in the same hospital as my husband was and I think since I spent so much time there with him maybe it's gringing back some bad memories.
