It started at a "vanity page" provided by Starband, which was the only internet available. I cleaned up the code redundancies a bit. I got into cut-n-paste HTML, then HTML online tutorials. By trial-and-error I achieved the look I want, using Notepad and Filezilla, but somehow the Arial font has disappeared off MSIE 7 at least.
I am back online, not just relying on "coffee shop" free wireless. I do have a host that has no advertising. I feel I am ready to put more time into it.
I think I want to "add" a CSS DIV on the right hand side, if it will "behave". The idea is to have the page scroll only the vertical scroll, but if you have a big display you will be able to see the "added" photos with "embedded links" on the added right side big display screen real estate.
In this way, my website will still display for practically everyone worldwide... and the power-users will have some nice "pics".
