My goal is to get myself to the Omega Institute in July for the Visionary art intensive...or the Yin Yoga....
I have a page from the catalog tacked up on my vision board and look at it every day.
Not sure if I'll get there, but I'm determined to try to make it happen this year.

My heart is already there.

Hi Malamik,

Did you book your trip? Biff Mithoefer workshop for Yin Yoga is great, and Alex Grey does amazing work. It is great to see what the students produce every year!
