The default EONS Profile Stylesheet

Any one wanting to do custom CSS needs to see the default EONS profile style sheet. All custom CSS done to your profile overrides this sheet. This default EONS style sheet handles the entire layout of your page.

The default style sheet is long and byzantine. There has to be a simpler way to build a multi-square web page. I know I wouldn't build it like this.

This is the link to the stylesheet. I turned it into a text file to make it easy to view and download.

If you want to use this to alter your profile. You'll also need to see your profile by viewing its source code. This will tell you how the style sheet works.

Finding what to change is still hit or miss. That is why the boxes on my profile don't sit even. Good luck and enjoy.

As I suggested before . . . if you install Firefox and the Aardvark add-on you will be able to find the exact class or id of each element. As you mouse over a web page, Aardvark outlines the boxes and pops up the relevant class or id . This will help you decipher how the various elements are interacting.

Do yourself a favor and give it a spin.

@golinux : fwiw, and certainly not to be argumentative, I recently adopted FF & mbotos suggested the extension 'Web Developer 1.1.5' - many options, works great for me.
