100 Miles for Arthritis

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know about a great ride coming up--"100 Miles for Arthritis" June 1 at noon on the Landing in St. Louis. The ride winds through dowtown St. Louis and will have tons of great music, food and refreshments afterward.

Money raised helps the 1.3 million Missourians, including 5,700 children, living with arthritis pain.

I hope you guys can make it!

I take arthritis medication twice a day. I guess life is a gain because of pain. Thanks for your service to the community

I could send you information that may be helpful about your arthritis and info on pain management if you are interested. You also should look into an exercise or aquatics class for pain relief.
