JUST GOT BACK FROM WORKING IN NORTH CAROLINA
Went to a fundraiser dinner Friday night and on Saturday did voter registration and computer inputing. Boy, do those folks have it together. It's no wonder Obama has raised so much money. Their organization is like clockwork. It was a real pleasure working with those folks because they were getting it done. No BS. I like that! And they were all young people on the staff. A few college kids were there helping out. One high school senior dropped by to make posters. Another young man was filming for the 30-second contest. It rained the whole time but nobody seemed to mind. Everyone was in good spirit. A lot of the volunteers were on repeaters.
I'm going to try to get back for a few hours on Friday, the last day of registration for the state. Anybody in the vicinity, I urge you to get there and help.
