Death

I like your site, I think it is very informative. Your right its not something we talk about but I think we all think about it from time to time. I have researched it all also. My uncle made up my mind as to what I wanted. He had cancer and didn't tell any one. When he died, the children and his wife were at his bedside. His body was sent to be cremated. He was laid to rest without a funeral. It was easier on the whole family. The kids and wife did not have to worry about the funeral, and all that goes with that nor the expenses. There was no family squabbles. For me I never saw him dead, I don't think of him as dead, just away.
That is the way I want it, except my ashes are to be kept with my husband until he dies then we will go to our final resting place together. If he goes first it will be the same. We have it all written out so there is no question in peoples minds as to what we wanted. I think its a good thing to talk about and figure out. Then it needs to be put away and forgotten till we die. Dwelling on death isn't good for us, but we should take the time to make our arrangements and research our options.
