Size two? Who needs it. I would be happy just getting my booty into those jeans that have been hanging in the back of my closet since the Carter administration. And I know that being smart is the only way I ever do it.
Fad diets and quick fixes just tend to break things in the long run. Intake and output are what got us here, and they'll be what get us back where we belong.
So, no grapefruit fasts. No colon cleanses. No cabbage soup (everybody together, now: WHEW). Just mindfulness and moderation, tremendous honesty, and the support of good friends who share the same challenges and the same high hopes.
