What doesn't?? ;-)

I'm German and Italian... sentimental through and through. A Hallmark commercial can launch me into the tearful hiccups. A well-sung song on AI? I damned near have to leave the room.

I seldom cry....if I do its in private. However the loss of a pet can do it......then there are the Hallmark commercials and movies but thats not really the same thing.

Sad movies, happy movies. Friends doing kind things for me. But the thing that makes me cry the most is the death of my son.

Okay you heard it here. I am the queen of schmaltz. I can embarrass lots of folks at a good movie.Something will just strike me a certain way and here come the tears. Set me in front of A Farewell to Remember (which I own) and get out the kleenex. Lots of it.

When I am angry or my feelings are hurt, I rarely make a display, but when I get off alone, the tears flow. Robin is used to the way I am and just waits patiently for me to get it together.

I am a real emotional person who wears her heart on her sleeve.

I once cried because Sponge Bob's pet snail Gary was lost or ran away, I don't remember now. My daughter will never forget that.

Lately, I've been crying because I can't help repair a relationship between a man I used to date and two of his daughters. It's not even really my business but it makes me so sad :-( I simply cannot imagine not having a relationship with your children but I noticed that there is an eons group just for parents like that.

Sometmes a parent wants to have a relantionship with his children but they won't respond. It is not always the parent's fault. Either male or female parent.

I've always been a cryer, so it's many things. As a kid, Lassie episodes where Timmy thought Lassie had run away or died would leave me inconsolable. Sad movies, tragic movies would leave me in a pile of weeping mush. I cannot to this day watch Carousel with Shirley Jones... at the end when she sings You'll Never Walk Alone does me in. The end of Breakfast at Tiffany's. The end of West Side Story. End of Funny Girl. More recently, Million Dollar Baby made me cry. It's embarrassing. I'm the only one in my family who was like that...everyone else is stoic and I felt like my emotions made them uncomfortable.
