hi,
i'm pretty new here too. it's nice to meet a fellow reader. i have only read a few koontz books, the ones i have read i have enjoyed.
have a great day.
Hi, I can so relate to you. I love books with a passion. My bedroom is overun with books and I just can't resist buying more. I love Dean Koontz and Stephen King. They are my favorites. I also like John Grisham, Jonathan Kellerman, Faye Kellerman, Belva Plain and a lot more that I can't think of at the moment. I like lawyer/courtroom books as well as the spooky ones by Koontz and King. Right now I'm reading a Sidney Sheldon novel "If tomorrow comes". It' an older book but it is written well. If you would like some pointers on some other writers let me know. Happy Reading!
What's wrong with your avatar? Am I missing something? Can you really be turned down in a group cuz people don't like the little thing you use to personify yourself? Wow!
Hi Avalon! Welcome to the group. I finished reading the third Dexter yesterday, now I'm getting ready to read the fourth or fifth or sixth Harry Dresden book. I love Dresden - and to think, I knew nothing about those books until I came across the short-lived series. I highly recommend Jim Butcher's Dresden books.
I also just finished Stephen King's Duma Key and before that, Dean Koontz's Darkest Evening. I was kind of disappointed in Darkest Evening, I guess because I just don't think he can ever beat Watcher when it comes to the retriever. So there you have it.
Again, welcome. Your avatar is just fine.
By the way, if you're interested, I have hundreds of my four and five-star books in my blog. They each have a little summary of them. I'm partial to mysteries, suspense, vampires, serial killers, stuff like that. One of my new all-time favorite authors is Christopher Moore. He's waaaaay different than anyone I've ever read before. Enjoy!
