I collect lots of plastic jewelry marked Japan, Hong Kong, West Germany. They're fairly inexpensive and very distinctive. I also collect vintage glass necklaces and wingback earrings. Most of my purchases have been through flea markets. I can't wait for the good weather to come so the outside flea markets open and I can keep on buying!

Your collection sounds like such fun. I have a pink plastic necklace from W. Germany and some yellow and turquois big plastic bead necklaces with the original tags
Not everyone would appreciate them, but I think they are fine and I notice the larger beads are back in style.
I am making a necklace now from a vintage pendant with rhinestones around it. I added pearls, crystals,and gold
beads so it is going to be really a fantasy piece.
