Chili
Now, Paddy, Rusty, you boys got some good ideas about eatin, but I gotta put my 2 cents worth in, being from Texas and all. Chili powder mixed in with butter is so good on grilled corn. No way is corn OR beans gonna be in my chili! I like your breakfast idea, with grits, chili and texas toast, and that chili and those grits belong together. I was raised on cajun and texun, I figure I had the best of both worlds. But you just gotta put that garlic in your butter, sprinkle on the chili, close up that husk, and fire away.
