This is Easy! Honey+Cinnamon Spread

For added health benefits, I would use the apricots.

Recipe: Peach honey spread
Dietitian's tip: This fruited honey spread is fat-free and has 60 calories a serving. Try it as a topping for pancakes or French toast or serve it over roasted chicken or pork. If you prefer, use pears, apricots, plums or nectarines instead of peaches.

SERVES 6
Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) unsweetened peach halves, drained
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
In a large bowl, add the peaches, honey and cinnamon. Using a fork, mash until the mixture is a consistency of chunky applesauce. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
