At a restaurant this is 14 points but weight watchers makes it 8 points for Eat In

Chicken fajita roll ups

4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cup into thin strips
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 C frozen bell pepper strips
2 (7") whole wheat tortillas
1/2 C canned refried black beans
Shredded lettuce and chopped tomato
1/4 C shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese

Combine chicken, lime juice and cumin in a zip top bag.
Refrigerate 30 minutes. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken using nonstick spray until well browned. Remove. Cook onion and peppers until soft. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 2 minutes more. Serve chicken and vegetables in warmed tortillas topped with beans, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Serves 1

I have not tried this yet but bought the ingredients at the store today.
