Why eons changed the rules

Check out this graph on internet traffic - sure explains why eons threw open the doors:

Hmmmm where are those 12,000 - 13,000 - 14,000 new members every month - you know - the ones who post maybe - never.

I found a couple of interesting things in the graphs.
- Did a lot of people die in September? What caused the dramatic drop? I wasn't active in the groups at that time, maybe somebody who was could explain.

- There looks to be somewhere around 20% of the demographics are people under 49 in January, How could that be? How would they know?

I noticed that they have over 12,000 members in the newbie group. I hope its not a bunch of kids - A random check looked like about 10 - 20% . I hope some of the mature adults become active because some of the groups I'm in have few active members.

I don't get it that there have been thousands of newbies but I never see them. Whims I think you are right!!

The devil you say! ;-)

I guess it must be our fault. Remember this is what we wanted.

I wonder where they got that info? Also, it seems like a really dramatic drop! I can hardly believe there was such a huge drop, and if so - why?

The website tracks a lot of sites. You might fish around on the website and find out the whys and wheres - I haven't had a chance to do that.

I also checked SC - where many eons members went - they had a dramatic spike near the end of January...
