Starting a like minded group in your area
A couple of suggestions to starting a travel or adventure group in your area. Post on craigslist under groups or start a meetup.com group in your area. Have a coffee or meet up in a wine bar or other venue. I know our public library has free meeting space. Promote your meeting on local bb and with singles groups. Lastly, get interesting speakers to speak to your group about adventure travel.
