POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER AND YOU

I have started a new group - NO-BODY UNDERSTANDS-PTSD. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder affects many who have been/are in the military, law enforcement,those who have suffered from sexual abuse or other abuse and those who have had a traumatic life experience. If can affect your entire life due to anxiety, depression, stress factors, triggers resulting from the PTS. Many women, not all, who have a weight problem may have suffered from sexual abuse and use the weight as a protection to prevent further abuse. The group is Private and admittance is only by PM to Myself or one of the moderators; lakelady or ninapowell. Both are experienced therapists. If you suffer from PTSD, please join the group - and tell your friends on Eons about it. The group will serve as a venue for coping, information, sharing, support, open discussion and laughter as we find it. Hugs to all. Helen (manager)
