Hi Bob .. it started several years ago ... our dream of purchasing property in Mexico ... i had surfed around the internet for months ... finding some awesome looking lots on ebay of all places .. my husband nearly flipped out when i told him what my plan was for "us" ... in short, i had contacted the developer, we flew down, had a look-see and signed the papers before our trip back to Jersey ... it was as simple as that ... a dream come true over night ... that was the start ... it took a little time to set up our Mexican Corporation and the associated formalities ... but that's all complete now and we are good to go ... we now have a few investments going on in the Yucatan ... after our return, we chatted up the properties to a bunch of our friends, they have also invested and are thrilled .. so it's all good ... something to focus on in the future ... my next move is to pick up a lot in the San Carlos area of Mexico ... which is closer to our lot in Arizona ... thanks for asking ...
