PJ, I've sent a letter of protest to CommuntiyGal. I hope we can keep this wonderful group restricted as to age. When I think of my poetry being read and commented on by someone my daughter's age, I cringe.
Thanks for asking! Just more evidence that you are The Best. (By the way, about me calling you Manic before--that was as in "manic energy" and meant in the nicest possible way!)
Love and Cheers,
Gary
Thanks Claybo. So that's 2 for making it private then....and counting.

PJ... I vote for Private, as well. Not only do I NOT want to be critiqued by kids the age of my sons, but I honestly don't want to have to wade through tons of adolescent and post-adolescent angst! I get enough of that from my own 5 sons in that age group.
I like having a place to discuss/share my boomer culture, views, and of course, angst! LOL
PJ I think its a great idea, infact right before i came in here i had done this to my group 'sit and stay a spell'....i think we will get them to go back to myspace if enough of us do this!!!!

Private please. Hard to believe the characteristic that drew me here- being with 50+ folks exclusively- which probably drew most of us and made eons a success, is now being removed. I'd never suggest we all just up and make a new website because it would disassemble what we've built. We're all friends, family now . . . I've seen what can happen when some group members move and some don't . . . never the same, just as in any group in life.
I don't know much about the registry process at eons, how they verify the age of a member? How is it determined a 50 year old is 50 and not 18? Without eons management buffering who gets in, even with a Private Group status, how would we know the age of a new member?
