Hug Therapy :)

I am a card caring member of the Institute of Hug therapy; And I want to challenge you all to become a member! It's easy and I will share our motto:

We believe more must be done to break down the cultural and emotional barriers that prevent us from experiencing the healthy nourishment of touching and hugging. The etablishment of the Institude of Hug Therapy is easy. Just believe in the power of hugging! Wear the title of Hug Therapy proudly. Tell others about hugging for health. Spread the pro-hug philosophy wherever you go.

Hugging should not be something you do once in awhile, at family reunions or birthdays or when one of your teammates makes a goal. Our hope is that hugging will become commonplace, without detracting from the specialness of each seperate hug.

Hug(hug) hugged, hugging,hugs

2.to cherish,hold fast

I dont know if is cultural but I am a hugger, I love to hug but in honest true it comes from my heart. My mom is not a hugger, she is so cold when I was young I though my mom didn't like me, but she is that way. My husband is also a hugger, is an affectionate way to show you care.
Wherever I go, when I meet new people who are going to be working with or doing any task, I ask : can I give you a hug? in the begining, lots of people are stiff, but later they warm up to a good hug. I notice that many people doesn't like to give you, even a hand.
As for me,,a hug it help me when I am down, and I believe put a smile on my face.
Many virtual hugs for you, reader.

Thanks ASRAI! I'm with you all the way. Recently, I realized that my wife and I just talk too damn much. I'm trying now to decrease the talking and increase the hugging. There are so many times we just don't completely understand each other when we're talking, but what a hug says is NEVER misunderstood. You go, ASRAI!
