I have played luxor til i'm blue in the face. but i admit i do like it alot ... but still i hate seeing me gray matter as gray matter and low number..... is it just me? or is there a glitch?
Something's wrong. I'm hooked on Luxor, too, and play well but scores don't reflect that.

I have no clue how this grading system works. SOmebody claimed he got 120 (!!!) points just for solving a hard sudoku game. I had my scores get lower overnight, with no further activity during that time on my part. I center on word and "memory" (jeopardy) games, in which categories I am already advanced anyway, at over 200 and over 185, respectively.
BTW, the jeopardy web version, with only one round and the final jeop., after you play a few times, starts repeating itself, and can become quite boring and unchallenging, but is an easy way to get a ton of undeserved points!

I've never seen so many glitches on a web site before. This site is not very well built. Some days I can play several games, get high scores, but no points. And I will appear on the most active brain builders list one day, and have a very low score the next.

There's definitely a problem with the scoring.
Try this: complete one game and get out of it. That should give you a score.
Sometimes you have to start a new game and get out of it immediately to get the score, and sometimes you don't get it if you do start a new game. Like I said, there's a problem.

Yes, there are definitely scoring problems on this site, but why don't they fix them? When I first emailed about scoring problems I didn't get an answer. A week later I emailed again, but still no answer. Finally I got an email which said "don't hit play more than once". I've done that, but there are still times that I don't get any scores at all. It's frustrating, but I still enjoy playing most of the games.
