Regarding death...

I read an article the other day which was discussing the baby boomers "dropping off" point. I was stunned. What he meant was our "dropping dead" point. There are 78 million of us. We'll start passing in what, 10 to 15 years from now? It's a horrid thought. I've been watching my mother (82 years old) preplan her funeral. I think she's actually enjoying the planning process. It made me start thinking about death and my "final resting place". What do I want? I think I want a "green" service, but I'm not sure exactly what that entails. I've been researching the options for a few months and have gathered what I learned into a web site. (I'm not selling anything). Please have a look; www.regardingmydeath.com. I'd appreciate some honest feedback. Cheers, JK

Hello Katrina5

I have just visited your website and have not yet gone entirely through it. So far it is excellent, and being the CEO of Eternal Reefs I very much appreciated what you have done and what you said about us. One thing that rarely gets mentioned when people talk about cremation is that it does not require family and friends to drop everything in their lives at the time of a passing in order to be a part of the funeral process. Cremation allows time for people to gather themselves and plan how, when and where they would like the memorialization to take place. I will spend more time visiting your website in the near future. You have put together a great deal of important information in a very usable format. Thank you, George
