DOOR STOPS - ANYBODY?
LYNAZ WROTE
OK, it's a strange request, I know. But my cats have discovered how to close themselves in the bathroom for the entire day. Which means there are other rooms they will experiment with. I need door stops to keep the doors open around here. And while I'm at it, I might as well get some old, funky ones. Anyone have a surplus?
Anyone have any old country store advertising??...Enamel signs, gas station signs...Whatever...Wierd is good...I'm always lookin'...
Is it ok if i post stuff like this??...

HI everyone, I am glad to see this group here on Eons.
I am a collector of both vintage and antique clocks.
Does anyone have a favorite site, where clocks can be viewed and purchased?
Thanks

I am in the process of getting rid of lots of old stuff. I have a pair of crystal (glass?) candle sticks that are well over 100 years old (My gggm had them in her "hope chest" when she came west in a wagon. A green glass water dipper with a green wooden screw in handle that has a date of 1898 on it. I will post pictures of some of this stuff in the hopes people can tell me what it is or something about it. Sah

Hi All,
Well I am always looking for any Canine and Feline collectables, mostly pre 1950's but will always buy 50/60 trash cans and kitchen decorated items with either on them (please no sandcast). Will also buy new cages, creates, collars, leashes. food bowls. Also very interested in Carnval Glass, Art Glass, American Pottery, British Pottery, Sterling Silver. Let me know what your selling maybe we can do business.

Greetings! I thought I'd reply to this post ~~ I have an EXTREMELY wide array of collectibles to sell from a 3 generation estate of one of my friends, which is currently being stored in my house. I also have loads of stuff that was my Mother's and HER Mother's, also in the house. Add to that all of my OWN collectibles, and my house is about to explode! I want my house back! I have sold quite a bit of my friend's stuff on eBay, but they've increased their % take, and now sellers can ONLY accept PayPal, which ALSO takes a % ~~ & although their % is lower, it's assessed not ONLY on the item price, but ALSO on the SHIPPING price. I have so many different things ~~ from depression, EAPG & ABP glass, to porcelain & china (such as Rosenthale, O E Austria, Haviland), milk glass, figurines, silverplate, clothing, linens, etc., etc., etc., ETC.!! that I really can't name them all. It's just too much stuff. Anyway, if anyone is collecting anything, please post and I will let you know if I have it.
ALSO, I am currently working part time for a resale shop that is a non-profit which supports a No-Kill Animal Shelter called East Lake Pet Orphanage. Second Chance Treasures also has a wide variety of collectibles and knick knacks ~~ we put the "best" stuff in the shop, and garage sale the remainder ~~ and I have also been listing things for the shop on eBay, but the same problems I personally have with eBay are duplicated with SCT's items. One great benefit for buyer's of the shop's items is that the prices are excellent since they're mainly donated to us. Please check out the website for ELPO here: www.welovepets.net and yall let me know if you're looking for anything in particular. I can post pictures here on Antiques, or email them to you. Or I can add you to our "Wish List" for items as they come in to the shop!
CiaoMeOwwwww & Thanks! ~~ Carol

I've got 21 vintage cookbooks.......they are mostly the kind that churches and organizations created as fundraisers. These books are great for finding long lost recipes. I'm going to put this lot of 21 cookbooks in my rummage sale in the spring, but wondered if anyone wanted to send me a private message of an offer for the lot.......plus the cost of shipping book rate. I can also give a listing of the various books and maybe post some photos of the lot. I'm going to leave the offer open for a few weeks, or til someone gives me an offer I can't refuse. Lets say $21. plus shipping should be the starting point.
Came across an old Boys Scout Uniform green type from the 50's. It even has the Boy Scout logo inside, Anyone interested?
Have some buttons, that I will get rid of, have posted photos on my profile page. Can sell all or some.
Have doilee thread, very much of it, all colors, sizes, would make a deal for all of it.
