Just retired and new to this EONS site. I have purchased property in GA and NV for future housing construction.
I have subdivided the NV land (47 acres)and have improvements on property and just getting ready to work on finding builders.
The GA land (6 acres) is in prime growth area. The land has not yet been subdivided but I have had city water and electricity brought to lot.
I plan on sundividing into 1.5 acre parcels and build 3 houses.
