Twas the night before Christmas, when all throughout CCC
Marvin, Mawitch, Memawinpa, mermaid. midlife47 and Momhub were stirring, now let KK, Karen, Kathyjg, Kbird and Kunzang see.
Agapantha, Ambarand AuntDFR hung stockings with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.

BleuEyedChris, bobograndma, borushing, britgal57 and BusyBeeGal were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Veggiemilk1, Veraspeak, Scarlettchic, SDG, Shelby, Sherrie, Shoeshoe and Whims danced in their heads.
And Emom in her camos and red robe, Parajito in her PJs, and GJ in his hat,
Had just settled down for a long winter's online CHAT.

When Tablefor1, TangSooPap and TexasSpice heard Annie and Trouble’s clatter,
Orchid, pack53, patches3, Pettyofficer, Phoenixlady, phylliz, pinkroses67 and ps114 all sprang from their beds to see what was the matter.
Away to the window Glora, Goldy, GramaDiane, Shopman, SirArthur, Sohia, Sues2763, Suzie66, swf215 and Graywolf all flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below.
When what to Ladyhratt, Ladyparadise, LadyWithaFan, Laurie, leona, lovedove7, lovemyfluffer and loves2reed’s wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny reindeer.

With a little old driver so lively and quick,
Intentz, Isaac1950, DrIgis and Isabellagal knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.

More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled and shouted and called them by name!

“Now Dasiavue! Now DavidPhx! Now Deerunning56 and Dianna!
On Diannesw, on Divana, on Dottieluv and Dutchman!
To the top of CCC , to the top of the wall,
Now dash away, dash away, dash away all!”

As dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle mount to the sky,
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,
With a sleigh full of Catteyes and St. Nicholas, too.

And then in a twinkling , Ellivsevir, Firefly88, FLEURETTA, Foofootou, Frankenthal, and Fstegelmeyer heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As Nana2005, Nancyj40, Navyman4316, Nevie and Nighthawk50 drew back inside and were turning around,
Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound.

He was dressed all in fur from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of tech gadgets he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a peddlar, just opening his pack.

His eyes, how they twinkled! His dimples, how merry!
His cheeks were like roses , his nose like a cherry.
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard on his chin was as white as the snow.

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.
He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook when he laughed, like a bowlful of jelly!

He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And we laughed when we saw him, in spite of ourself!
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave us to know we had nothing to dread.

He spoke not a word but went straight to his work,
And filled all the chums stockings then turned with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose.

He sprang to his sleigh, to Rainbow, ritak56, Riverdaze, Rkotish, Roseinbloom, Rose200red, and RoseN254 gave a whistle,
And away Candulla, Catholicmom, Catriona, Caylinn, Ceide, Chattye, Clickrick523, Cloudyblue, Cookiejar123, CyberDove, and Cyrus1 flew like the down of a thistle.
But Jerseywoman, Jimdandy46, Joylou51, jsw1952, Julilu and Justjude418 heard him exclaim ‘ere he drove out of sight,

Oh my gosh! Awesome, whiskers, just awesome and impressive too..!

Lot's of time involved there...you obviously don't have enuf to do to keep you busy...can we say: addicted? lolol gotcha!
