Paddy’s Holiday Poem and more

The other day, before infrared grilling another great steak, without usin’ a skillet at all, I was inspired to record my poem about the Night Before Festivus:

A tip of the hat to Sooner, though. His hot skillet method does produce a bit more tender steak whether you use the skillet indoors or outside on the side burner. I’m thinking you need at least an inch and half steak and maybe even a two incher for that hissyin’ skillet to properly work its magic.

As a favor to TB I wacked back my whiskers a bit. I’m always hopeful of another lemon pie someday.

She’s buying me a new hat for Festivus. I’ll have to get decked out in it and have Shad take a picture. The way gift given works around here is we go out and get our gift and thank the other for it. No complaints yet, and no disappointments either.

We let Shaddy gussy up in his outfits. He’s a hoot during the holidays. Knows he’s special!

Paddy sorry I did not mean to insult Shaddy's masculinity but your dog is too cute to be a boy LOL. I am going to put my Sadie's bling on her for Xmas, a friend bought her a rhinestone studded charm chain to attach to her dog collar so she will be the height of fashion.

I loved the video...reminded me of putting my first husband and brother in the same room during Christmas holidays many years ago! Festivus, my favorite Seinfeld ever. I enjoy all of your post as well...not to mention your recipes. Ruthie
