wouldn't it be nice?
Just a personal observation, and maybe a bit of sadness expressed..

to put it rather bluntly.. don't you all think its time that the p!ssing contests come to an end?
In consideration of the other group members and of Eons as a whole,the rifts that are ripping the site apart have to stop..
We all have the capacity as adults to control our anger and speak reasonably.. to take care that your speech doesn't create further rifts between the members and reflects well on us as a group, because it is necessary not only to speak the truth, and to be free to speak it when you want, to take care in how you speak it.
It is necessary to speak it responsibly.. to be considerate that you don't needlessly injure people.. and sometimes we do..it is true that freedom of speech exists. but as I said in the past, with it comes some level of responsibility for what you speak.. can you proffer a bomb threat in the airport just because your speech is supposed to be free? Of course you can't.. that kind of foolishness would send you to big girl prison...
I'm tired, as I'm sure that you are, of people coming and going, playing foolish games and addressing others with such anger and recriminations.
We need to work together, both silly factions, both sides of the fence.. we need to STOP and think.. what we DO NOT NEED.. are policemen.. or big brothers.. we don't need spies, or embittered friends of friends... we need to just so no.. to spying on others, to attempting to get people banned.. To playing silly kids games.. and work as a unit not just to redress injuries but also to prevent future ones.
To build a community, which is what this was meant to be..

Wouldn't it be nice. if what we could achieve here is that people feel that regardless of their faith or path, that they are free to post without an attack.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could get together to support a cause such as computers for children, or feeding a child, or making a pact to support toys for tots in Eons name, instead of making our own small war, and then working so hard to assure that it comes to fruition..
There are so many things people that we could be doing to make a more positive world for people who have literally nothing at this time of year..
Things a community of doers could do better.. than a community of squabbling brats.
Wouldn't it be nice if people could answer each other with respect,
and with a little bit of consideration, even if they don't agree.
Wouldn't it be nice, even if we wanted to say Bvll s***, if we said it in a way that reflected that we weren't attacking the person, but expressing our own feelings.
