Nature's Art
The weather was cold this morning as the sun began to rise. Water vapor had frozen on the windows, and as the sun rose, Beatiful displays could be seen. Here is one.A couple others will be in my first response:

Yes the ice crystals were on my window. When the sun rises, it refracts leaving the most wonderful colors and shapes!
And yes that was a white squirrel. I see them occasionally here. When I lived in Olney Illinois as a small child, they were everywhere, and I can remember them eating out of my hand. What a delight when we moved to Minneapolis to find them again albeit far more rare.
I took lots of other pictures today, all from my window, of crows and squirrels and those lovely pieces of nature's artwork. It was really cold out, so how nice to be able to sit comfortably as nature came to me. Tomorrow I am going to buy a bag of bird seed, to see what it will bring:-)

Jess how gorgeous........I have never seen any ice particles form like this -- not ever!! windows or anywhere! just great pix!!
and I've never seen a white squirrel!!! I think I'm missin out on the funs and aesthetic stuff here! :)
