Tell you the truth, I don't really know what that means - a theme song for Caregivers but I think the lyrics apply. I like to put a song in every once in awhile. Lightens us up a bit.

I liked that song since high school. We do need freinds. It seems that so many of us are busy with life's "problems" that the safety net, the help we used to count on is no longer there. Freinds or family have their own caregivers responsibility. Many of my mother's freinds also need someone to take care of them, so I think people are being streched thin.

The above goes with how I feel and the one below makes me think of the way the roles have been reversed for myself and my mother and with her having vascular dementia she can sometimes feel lost to me while she's in her own world.
