I am delighted to find this group as I am a 60 year old female living in a relationship. My first husband and I were married for 36 years. He passed away 5 years ago and I have been in my current relationship for 4 years. We had a religious ceremony although it is not legal. If We had married, I would have had lose my health insurance and pension from my first husband and my mate would have lost his VA benefits because my income is over the limit. My mate gets mad when people ask him if he is my significant other! I don't know why people feel that they need to put labels on everybody and everything. Well, I need to close as it is 12:30 AM and I have to get up at 6AM to get ready for work. I hope to hear from some of you! ladytherapist
