In an annual comparison of each state's business climate, Georgia has come in at #2 ( up two notches from last year )
We continue to dominate as the region, most attractive to business leaders. We are also the fastest growing state, so we have a good supply of labor with the right skills. And we have great logistical infrastructure, like state highways, ports and airports.
(O.K. North Carlonia, you, yet again topped as #1. But, I am happy with our new rating!) GA Realtors....I challenge you, let's stop letting the media control our market. Yes, we have a lot of inventory but we still have a stable price point. Let's encourage buyers to make homeownership a reality. Is there anyone out there that agrees with me? Media "doom and gloom" be gone for me!!!!!!!!
