Stock picking

I have been playing a bit in the market after getting out of real estate in the nick of time. Since I don't know all that much about it to pick the best stocks, I use a stock picking service that sells tips per stock, per day at $5.99 per pick.

That seems expensive if your reasearching many stocks. If you do not know how to pick them, try going to yahoo or etrade websites and they have tutorials. I belong to Oxford Club and they have a service for people that is free called "Investment University'.
I try to buy value stocks when they go on sale. (Buy on the dips)
