I've been building on and off since the age of 12. Also professionally self-employed. Looking for partner to invest with, not just to buy land but for me to build and sell finished project. Have researched several locations which are ahead of the curve, great future growth potential in my view.

What exactly are you looking for. I have several projects in the Crestview, FL area. Some residential lots ready to build with paved streets. I have industrial property also.

Where are you located. I was thinking that with the property in GA, which is right on Harris County line which they have already built out to, that it would be a good area ranchettes. The GA property is at the end of a Cul-De-Sac.

Power and water to property already and paved road to property.

NV property in rural area. Power on property (46 acres). One well so far. Sub-divided into a 10 acre, 15 acre and 20 acre lots. Good area for horses and rentals.
