Banana Split Cake
4 c. crushed graham crackers
3 sticks butter,softened
2 eggs
1 16oz. box powdered sugar
large can crushed pineapple,drained
3 large bananas
1 small jar marachino cherry halves
12 oz. tub cool whip
1 c. chopped pecans
For crust..
mix crackers & 1 stick butter together.Line bottom of a 13x9 in. cake pan.Bake for 5-7 min. at 350 degrees.Let cool.
For filling...
Beat eggs,2 sticks butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Spread on cooled crust.Spread pineapples next,then a layer of bananas & then cherries.Cover with cool whip & sprinkle nuts on top.Place in fridge for 45 min. to an hour before serving.
