After being divorced for 11 years, my x was diagnosed with a terminal cancer.
i asked him to come back and live at home because he had no one else to go to for care. We went through chemo, radiation, more chemo and a brain hemmorage and he passed away 2 years later. I would do it all over again, even after he was the one who left for a younger woman. I would do this for any friend that needed to be cared for but it was a strange and unusual circumstance.
We had remained totally different, sort of prickly friends and business partners in spite of the annimosity at first. By the way, MEN PLEASE GET A PSA TEST BEFORE 55.
