Problem Reporting

Hi Folks,

Can I make a suggestion that will help both ourselves and the Eons staff.

When reporting a problem try to provide as much information as you can. I know we are not all techno-wiz
geek squaders, but the more information we can provide will make it much easier for them to locate a problem.

I'll use the current problems with page displays as an example.

Try to provide the name of the page you are having a problem with, Profile page, My Eons, etc. In the case of the profile page provide the view that you are using, your own, friends, public.

Provide the name of the browser you are using Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc and the version if you know it.
Method of connection info like cable/dsl, phone/dsl and dialup may also be useful.

If you receive an error message try to write it down and relay that with your problem report.

Every little bit helps and will lead hopefully to quicker problem resolution.

Just curious as to why text accompanying group profile photos appears chopped off in mid sentence. Is this due to new configuration?

Hi there.....I am sure you have addressed this issue elsewhere but I can not find it so here I am
My photos....on the profile, I am not able to rearrange and drop them. They pick up and move but will not stay in the new position. What am I missing.
I use internet explorer.
Also on my life line I can not bring in pictures now.
My age calculator would not post to the profile after I did it twice. So its something to do with the pictures???????

The tech guys are busy trying to fix the Badges Program...will get to the photos problems just as soon as the badges are fixed.
