I know what ya mean! I went to a "free seminar" last year to prepare to get back into the workforce hoping for some relatively specific ideas or even firms or people to help me prepare. What we were told were, 1) loose weight/buff up, 2) dye hair, 3) dress trendy all in order to appear younger than our years. Good thing it was a free seminar! The problem seems to be, unfortunately, that many companies are not interested in older workers for many reasons. Anyone know a website that lists companies that respect and encourage "older workers" to apply?
