A Red Hot Getaway
Hi Everyone, I am Annette Carter and I wrote the article on Costa Rica for Eons. I live there most of the year. I thought some of you might be interested in a group fitness trip coming up Thanksgiving week with Teya King, one of the premiere teachers of fitness in St. Louis including Strip'r'Cise. Don't worry no one takes their clothes off but it is a fun way to get in shape. The 7 day/6 night trip will include two fitness classes a day plus a martial arts class, your hotel and all ground transportation, all your low fat meals, some pub crawls and other such fun and the best part is that it is on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica!!
