Dinner Ideas
Here's a quick healthy dinner idea.
Grill some chicken, heat up a sauce made from sliced necterines and some blackberries. Add a little lemon, lime or orange juice (whater every you have on hand) and honey (or splenda) and a tablespoon of Cider vinagar. Simmer until the fruit is soft and use it to glaze the grilled chicken and pour the rest over brown rice. Add a green vegtable like cooked spinach or a spinach salad.
Idea two: Grill a marinated sirloin steak, have brown rice. Saute onions and green and red peppers until the onions are carmalized serve that over steak and/or the rice, Have a spinach and romane salad with sliced red onion rings and strawberries with a poppyseed dressing. Chill the salad good and put the salad bowls in the freezer for an hour before serving the salad. This way your salad goes into an iced cold bowl. Enjoy.
