where is everyone

Hello hello-----hope all are well. Found out yesterday when i went to the doctor that he heard a Murrmer--u can't spell for shit lol. Have to go for that test Mon. The test doesnt bother me as it a big nothing. I'm just scared to death of the idea of what can be.Everyone is telling me it nothing-what else would they say. But with a Panic Disorder we blow things out of proportion anyway.
Have a good one

Not familiar with heart murmurs. I do remember one dog I had who had one. She lived to be a ripe old age...over 15 years, which is old in dog years! Yup...panic disorder does cause us to blow things out of proportion. Best to just take it one day at a time. Don't worry until after you find out the results. Then worry or don't worry. This helps me when I have something tough facing me.

Those heart murmers are just from you playing around with El Divo all day. The music is great and sexy. Be sure to keep us posted..Flowerbelle

El, I talked to my grand daughter who is an RN and works on the cardiac floor of a big hsopital in Atlanta, and she suggested this site. I don't think you have any thing to be overly concerned about. But informaiton makes good sense. The more you know, in my opinion, the better you can take care of any health problem. By the way, I have one too. According to Laura, a lot of people have heart murmurs and don't even know it.

EL, I'm finally here. Just getting caught up with six days of posts,

In all the years I've been going to doctors, been hospitalized, had in-home nursing, had EKGs, Echo Cardiograms, and whatever, only two or three doctors have "noticed" that I supposedly have a heart murmur. The first one was when I was in my 20s--which scared me half to death. You notice, I'm still here. Nobody recently has "noticed" anything wrong with my heart at all--despite trying. I guess they figure that I should have something wrong at my age and history.

I wou;dn't worry about it. As you've been told, many of us have 'em and we're still alive and kickin'.
