Is there a joy in life that you do not want yourself or other to do without?

Of course my children bring me joy but the one thing I could never do without is music. I could be in the worst mood and then put on my favorite music and feel like a new person.

Yes, there is a joy in life I don't want myself or others to do without - it's known as "joy in life"
To learn how to put aside all the hurts, the could'a would's should'a thoughts and take some joy from each and every day.
