Welcome to the retirement club. Since I retired I have been so busy that I would never have time to work. Love it.
Ima: You miss me? I didn't know I went anywhere. I'm still here. It's just that my dial-up is sooo slow it takes minutes to log on; as in 4-5.
Trying to adjust my "wants" to my new income. Won't have an exact figure 'till probably mid-May.
I did go looking at scoots today. Still can dream.
Moto: Like the GEICO commercial; what will I do today? I do have many honey-do lists and I will get to them eventually. :-)
thought maybe you left to celebrate your new freedom Notsobad.
Have fun looking at the scoots. Hope you find something you like.
maybe it's time for a real 'scooter' they sure are fun ! congrats on your retirement,, hope you're tough enuff to survive it...it's a hard job hahaha
Two guys sitting on a bench. One says to the other. "My wife asked me what I did yesterday. I told her 'Nothing'. She asked me what I was going to do today. I said 'The same'. She asked why. I said 'I haven't finished yet'"
I have looked at scooters. I like the SYM HD200. It's a mid-size with a decent reputation according to the sites I've visited. Not made in China. My current scooter is a Schwinn 500W electric for scootin' around the campgrounds. My first choice is a small dual-sport (200-300cc).
The knee is still healing and I won't decide until I'm sure I'll be able to shift gears.
I was out again today for about hour and a half, looks like tomorrow might be another one to get out, but rain by Saturday.
my scooter is a twist and go , and I love being shiftless.
glad got out again rbn...hope your weather is as good as ours was today. It got up into the 70's. Spring is here,
