I tried your carnita receipe and it was a huge hit with the familia. This is going to become a tradition in this familia. We added pico de gallo and guacamole and yummy tacos! Gracias!

Glad to hear that. I've found that sometimes the simplest things in life are the tastiest and one can't get much simpler than seasoning a chunk of carne and putting it in the oven. I think I know what's for my dinner manana.

Is your receipe here in one of the postings, Pablo? I must have missed it. let me go looking. mmm..carnitas! Qvo, you made me hungry for some great home made tortillas de harina, guacamole and arroz mexicano. think I'll make that for dinner tmr. Im off to an appt today.

Marisol is always rescue for receipe that we needed. Yes, My carnitas was great after Marisol gave me the receipe. Love it. I ate like a pig. LOL. Even my daughter ate some. Shock.
