I have been reading all the posts and I thought it may be a good time to add a question that everyone would have an answer to...a roll call type question to see who is out there reading and get some responses back.

Where do you go to when you want to treat yourself??

A park or the library.

The amount of time is my controling factor in this. For an hour or so, I like to take Beverly out to eat at one of our more favorite restaurants. If I have a day, and this hasn't happend in some years, I like to go fishing, boating, swimming or camping.

Hippygirl52, I like to go to a craft store and buy more materials for whatever project that I'm currently working on. If weather permits, I also like to get outside and experience the wonders of nature. A third treat for me is listening to music. I like acoustic not loud music. Good question. Sherry H

I go to TCBY for a no-sugar-added-flavor-of-the-day with walnuts in syrup.

A book or dancing around the kitchen to 50s-60s Rock and Roll are my first choices. Recently I started setting aside an hour to give myself a manicure. Not fake nails, just my own short ones. I paint them BRIGHT colors then put the stick-on flowers, etc. on them. It has become a sort of therapy for me. Plus, I can sit by Tom and do it while he watches TV. This works out well, because I don't have much me time. Plus, I like the look on these aging hands. They make me smile ; )
