Have you ever had a professional massage?

No! I have never had a professional massage.It is some
thing I have thought about,i just never felt comfortable
about doing it.My doctors nurse told me she has one every
year as a birthday treat to herself.I might try one!

Yes, massage is a really good alternative way to health. Particularly if it involves bodywork. Last year I had a real treat: the ins. co. we had then was willing to pay for about 3 mos. of professional massage/acupuncture/bodywork. It really helped my health. Wish all ins. cos. would do the same.

Massages are very beneficial if administered by a trained professional. For those with no medical reasons for massage they just feel great and are very relaxing. The only draw back for me is the cost. The best way for someone to experience a professional massage at a reasonable price is to call a school that teaches massage and participate in their lab work. (usually at a steep discount)
