HELP

I cannot access my my eons or my profile page.

Can someone send this message to eons help somehow.

All I am getting is a plain white page with a list of Eons activities on it.

Like an outline bare bones of Eons without graphics.

That happens to me, too often. Clicking on my browser's "refresh" often fixes it. Of course, I don't know if you will get this message!

EONS HAS NOT FIXED MY PROFILE PAGE

I WROTE THEM TWICE AT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL

This is a problem with your computer, not Eons. You will need to clear the memory cache of your browser.
If you don't know how to do this, someone in the Computer Technology group should be able to help you.

The suggestions listed above might do the trick for you as well. Close down your browser. Restart your computer, then log back in to Eons. This will only work though if your browser clears the cache when it's closed.

I did not think about cache memory.

Glad you're back to "normal" -- I was going to say that the only time I get that outline screen is when my internet connection gets bogged down for some reason or another, and reloading the page usually takes care of the problem.
